The Plastics Place acquires Leeson Polyfilm Manufacturing
CALGARY - Today The Plastics Place Inc. (TPP) of Calgary announced the
acquisition of Leeson Polyfilms Manufacturing of Edmonton. Leeson is a plastic
bag and sheet packaging manufacturer and has been in operation in Edmonton since
1982 serving a wide range of industry and retail segments from its Edmonton
manufacturing facility.
"Leeson's long history and strong customer relationships parallels The Plastics
Place's market position in Southern Alberta", says TPP President Bevan May.
"The combination now creates a stronger platform for reaching the entire
province and beyond with a broad range of industrial packaging products."
