The Plastics Place provides Product Destruction Services to the Beverage Industry
for Western Canada including significant global players. These services entail
supporting the needs of the beverage industry to destroy stale-dated and off-grade
production materials in an environmentally approved manner.
Our facilities include dedicated waste-water treatment facilities that allow us
to process this type of material destruction. Containers such as PET bottles, aluminum cans, or tetra-paks that are byproducts of this processing are recycled. Our services keep fluid streams away from municipal water treatment facilities and we keep packaging out of the landfill. Our customers want and need this level of environmental stewardship that we provide.
We support our customer's requirements by providing our own fleet of 48' and 53' highway
vans at their dock where they can be filled. Our own transportation department
then can rotate vans between our customer's facilities and our processing facility.
